School Subjects, FCS' monthly television show highlighting news and noteworthy people and events in the Franklin County Schools, is now available online, or you can watch it on Frankfort Plant Board Cable 10 Sunday evening at 7 p.m.

In the September episode, we:
Talk with Supt. Mark Kopp about:
- his first two months on the job;
- the importance of recognizing (especially on Labor Day but also every day) the hard work of all district staff (1:15);
- proposed revisions to the state's pension systems;
- the decision to close school on Aug. 21 for the solar eclipse
- the decision to move graduation to Alltech Arena in light of the demolition of the Frankfort Civic Center.
In addition:
During the "Who's New?" segment we meet Charles Lewis, the new principal at Franklin County High School.
The Student Spotlight focuses on Caroline Orange, a senior at Western Hills High School who has started a club for elementary-aged girls who want to be involved in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Finally, we talk with Abbigail Dunn, an instructional aide at the Academy who plans to become a teacher in Franklin County.
